Notice of Allied Waste Service/Republic Services Rate Increase and Charges
Allied Waste of North America doing business as Republic Services of West Virginia has filed a rate increase and charges with the Public Service Commision of West Virginia for solid waste service customers in the Marion County, Harrison, Monongalia, Lewis, Taylor, and Upshur Counties. The requested rate changes are only a proposal and any increase will not become effective until authorized and approved by the Public Service Commission.
THIS RATE CHANGE WILL NOT AFFECT RESIDENTS WITHIN THE CITY OF FAIRMONT.
A complete copy of the proposed rates, as well as a representative of the Company is available to all customers, prospective customers, or their agents at any of the following offices:

A copy of the proposed rates is available for public inspection at the office of the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commision at 201 Brooks St, Charleston West Virginia.
Formal Complaints
Anyone who wants to protest the rate hikes or intervene must file a formal written protest before April 2, 2015. All protests should briefly state the resons for the protest or intervention.

All Formal Complaints must be typewritten or printed on ONE SIDE of the paper only,
on paper no more than 81/2 inches wide and 11 inches long, and MUST BE SIGNED IN INK.
Additional information on separate one-sided sheets may be attached to the complaint.
The Formal Complaint Form 1 MUST BE NOTARIZED to be processed.
